The Role of Interface Staff (Technical)

SYSTRA is seeking an Interface Staff (Technical) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working closely with the Stakeholder Manager to establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, public authorities, government entities, utility providers, and key decision-makers, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and coordination with external stakeholders and industry partners to achieve project objectives and stakeholder alignment.
• Support engagement with government authorities, including the Ministry of Transport, on matters related to transportation infrastructure and public transportation development.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to address emerging issues and support successful project outcomes.
• Support community engagement initiatives and assist in enhancing the project’s public image through proactive stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Prepare stakeholder reports, meeting records, presentations, and coordination documents as required.
• Support the timely and professional resolution of stakeholder concerns, conflicts, and project-related issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant technical interface or stakeholder engagement role.
• This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
