About the Opportunity

مكتب قبب للتصميم is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working closely with clients to transform their needs into professional design concepts and overseeing projects from initial sketches to final execution. The role offers a salary range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.

Role Overview

The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing comprehensive interior design solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of design quality. This involves close collaboration with clients and various engineering disciplines to deliver cohesive and functional designs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients and understand their needs, transforming them into professional design concepts.
• Prepare Mood Boards and select design identity, colors, materials, furniture, and lighting.
• Prepare initial sketches, including Concept Design and Space Planning.
• Develop designs until the client approval stage.
• Coordinate continuously with architects, electrical, and mechanical engineers across all specialties.
• Prepare and review execution drawings (Shop Drawings / Construction Drawings).
• Monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
• Prepare material and finishes schedules.
• Attend meetings with clients and manage projects professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and approve samples and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Experience of at least 3-5 years in interior design and project management.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in preparing Mood Boards and professional presentations.
• Expertise in execution drawings and technical details.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, furniture, and lighting.
• Organized, leadership-oriented, and responsible personality.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative environment, contributing to diverse design projects. Compensation for this role is within the range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.
