About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a full-time Interior Designer Furniture to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive design services to customers, with a focus on material and furnishing selection. The successful candidate will ensure that projects meet established budget, schedule, and client expectations from the initial project inception through to owner occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine client goals and specific project requirements.
• Prepare final design plans using appropriate computer applications.
• Place orders for necessary materials and oversee the installation of design elements.
• Cultivate and market to new clients, in addition to maintaining existing client relationships.
• Ensure comprehensive awareness and understanding of the product range, sharing information with customers to facilitate sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to business development.
• Set project costs and fees in accordance with the allocated budget.
• Specify materials and furnishings, including lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior design, with a focus on furniture and furnishing selection.
