About the Role

Naseej is seeking a dedicated Internal Audit Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves evaluating governance, risk management, and internal control systems to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control systems.
• Perform end-to-end audit assignments, encompassing planning, execution, and reporting phases.
• Identify control weaknesses and propose practical, actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders as required.
• Support the Audit Committee by preparing comprehensive reports and providing insights on key risks and significant findings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in internal audit or related fields.
• A good understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control concepts.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with various departments.
