About the Role

Meituan is seeking a KOL Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing influencer marketing strategies within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in KOL marketing and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and evaluate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across overseas markets, and lead partnership negotiations.
Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies specifically for the Saudi Arabian market.
Manage influencer campaigns across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and others.
Develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and local market insights.
Oversee the entire KOL campaign process, from content planning and production to publishing schedules and performance tracking.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL marketing campaigns using key performance metrics such as engagement and conversion rates.
Provide data-driven optimization recommendations, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously refine influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product and other cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer campaign management, or a related field. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and familiarity with local social media trends are highly valued.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on expanding Meituan's presence in the region through strategic influencer partnerships.
