About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Key Account Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and developing the company’s most important client relationships, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfaction. The role focuses on strategic account management and fostering long-term partnerships.

Role Overview

The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the company’s key and strategic accounts. This involves strengthening long-term client relationships, achieving sales and profitability targets, and identifying opportunities for the expansion of services and products. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with both client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key and strategic accounts while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and implement strategic plans for each account in alignment with client and company objectives.
Understand clients’ needs and expectations and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and increase business volume with existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in a manner that serves the company’s interests.
Follow up on contract and agreement renewals and ensure business continuity.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are delivered according to agreed quality standards and timelines.
Manage and resolve client issues and challenges, escalating them to management when necessary.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss development opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance Department regarding collections.
Analyze account performance and prepare periodic reports on sales, revenue, opportunities, and risks.
Monitor the market, competitors, and changes in client needs.
Build strong relationships within client organizations at various management levels.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and the company to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the capacity to achieve sales and profitability targets.
