About Deemah and the Logistics Excellence Supervisor Role

Deemah is seeking a Logistics Excellence Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to enhancing the efficiency and performance of our logistics operations across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Role Purpose

The Logistics Excellence Supervisor supports the implementation of key logistics excellence initiatives. This role focuses on monitoring operational performance, coordinating reporting activities, and supporting improvement initiatives to strengthen overall operational discipline and service delivery. The supervisor will play a vital part in upholding the logistics excellence framework by ensuring accurate KPI tracking, comprehensive operational reporting, and diligent follow-up on actions designed to enhance logistics efficiency, service reliability, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of logistics excellence standards and operational procedures across all logistics functions.
• Ensure that logistics reporting and monitoring processes adhere to company policies and operational guidelines.
• Monitor critical logistics performance indicators, including service levels, logistics costs, warehouse productivity, and transport utilization.
• Prepare detailed logistics performance reports and dashboards for review by supply chain leadership.
• Coordinate logistics performance tracking activities across warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Support the identification and analysis of logistics performance gaps and operational issues.
• Assist in the implementation of logistics improvement initiatives throughout logistics operations.
• Support operational coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure seamless processes.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and overall operational performance.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to support effective logistics performance management.
• Support the analysis of operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
• Promote operational discipline and ensure adherence to established processes across all logistics teams.

Knowledge Sharing and Development

This role involves supporting knowledge sharing initiatives and fostering the adoption of logistics best practices among operational teams to drive continuous improvement and capability building within the department.

Work Environment
