About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is critical for overseeing the outbound warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Outbound Hail Warehouse team. The Senior Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on schedule, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures. This position also involves ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all shift receipts and dispatch activities, and providing coverage for the Team Manager during their absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including picking, dispatch, and inventory management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring hands-on supervision and adherence to operational schedules.
