About the Opportunity

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience, focusing on the implementation and optimization of critical enterprise solutions for large customer environments.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Lead Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, standardizing, and optimizing modules related to Risk, Policy and Compliance, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role involves designing and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions following industry best practices, particularly within complex IT service environments supported by multiple providers.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement, standardize, and optimize Risk, Policy and Compliance, Business Continuity Management, and Third-Party Risk Management modules for large customer environments.
• Design and implement GRC solutions in adherence to industry best practices.
• Perform hands-on development, including the creation and customization of policies, controls, indicators, risk frameworks, audit test plans, attestation processes, and assessments.
• Configure IRM (Integrated Risk Management) portals.
• Design and implement Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workflows, continuity plans, plan reviews, testing, and lifecycle management, integrating BC plans with risks, processes, and assets.
• Reengineer existing processes and design new processes to enhance productivity, quality, and service, ensuring appropriate stakeholder input and buy-in.
• Lead functional process implementations for both newly designed and re-engineered processes.
• Support process and tool implementation through comprehensive documentation for processes, functionalities, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct operational training sessions and ensure adherence to organizational change management processes.
• Implement KPI measurement and reporting mechanisms.

Collaboration and Methodology

This role involves close collaboration with technical teams and developers. The consultant will work to implement desired processes using an Agile approach, translating functional requirements into effective configurations and customizations. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit domains.
• Strong understanding of control frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX.
• Demonstrated expertise in business processes relevant to GRC and BCM.
• Proven ability to lead functional implementations and drive process improvements.
