Noon Academy is transforming education in Saudi Arabia by integrating remote star teachers, physical classrooms, in-room facilitators, and a robust content engine. The Learning Team is responsible for this engine, which covers term plans, session design, question banks, and assessments across various curricula, including Qudrat, Tahsili, Nafes, the National Curriculum, and the International track.

Role Overview

Noon Academy is seeking a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to lead the Sciences (Biology / Chemistry) segment of its learning initiative. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires 2-5 years of experience. The position is structured in two phases: initially focusing on delivery and people management, then transitioning to process automation and tool development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of four Design Leads covering Biology (Tahsili), Chemistry (Tahsili), Science (Middle School & Nafes), and Bio & Chem (International), along with content creators and a QA contractor. This includes goal setting, 1:1s, feedback, growth, and hiring.
• Document current content creation processes for lessons, question banks, and assessments, including inputs, tools, decision points, and review cycles.
• Oversee the end-to-end science content roadmap for Grades 7–12 across National and International tracks, ensuring timely delivery and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and manage the operating cadence, including capacity planning, production planning, prioritization calls, and unblocking efforts.
• Collaborate with Learning Excellence and Head Teachers to define design standards, review gates, and QA workflows.
• Utilize data from Exit Tickets, Diagnostics, End-of-Chapter assessments, and Learning Gain to inform content development, in partnership with Data and Learning Excellence teams.
• Coordinate handoffs and ensure collaboration with Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Experience, and School Operations teams.
• Develop templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals to scale content volume, including the integration of AI-assisted content production.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and tooling to automate manual steps in content production and continuously improve these systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of specialists to deliver reliably under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for automating systems and processes.
• Experience in managing content pipelines or operational processes is preferred.
• This role is not focused on individual curriculum design or lesson writing.

Reporting Structure and Impact

This role reports directly to the Head of Learning Operations and involves close collaboration with the Chief Learning Officer. The position offers the opportunity to define how science content is produced at Noon Academy, with success measured by metrics such as learning gain, exam outcomes, and delivery reliability.
