The Leasing Executive Role

Vives Compound is seeking a Leasing Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing the leasing operations, ensuring high occupancy rates, and fostering positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field, contributing to the compound's growth and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and supervise Leasing Representatives to ensure effective property tours and achievement of occupancy goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including unit showings, application processing, tenant negotiations, and securing lease agreements.
• Manage lease agreements and renewals, addressing tenant concerns to ensure a positive leasing experience.
• Improve and supervise check-in and check-out processes to streamline tenant transitions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present leasing offers, working towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly leasing targets set by the Leasing Manager.
• Ensure accurate listing of available units across all platforms, including CRM, websites, and property portals.
• Provide regular lease reports to the Leasing Manager.
• Proactively engage with companies to introduce Vives Compound and attract new corporate clients.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents, prospects, and corporate clients, providing timely follow-up.
• Assist in resolving resident complaints and requests in coordination with the Leasing Manager.
• Prepare and process all leasing documentation, including applications, agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, tours, and lease activities within the CRM system.
• Support marketing campaigns and events to promote available properties.
• Build strong relationships with relocation agencies, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy rates to suggest strategic improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of leasing processes and property management principles is beneficial.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and tenant interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and record-keeping.
