About the Role

Alkhorayef Group is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its dedicated Group Legal team. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the group's diverse business operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing expert legal guidance across multiple fronts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters and handle the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements across the group.
Identify potential legal risks, ensure adherence to local and international regulations, and review third-party contracts to protect company interests.
Manage litigation cases, represent the company in legal proceedings, and coordinate effectively with external counsel on complex legal issues.
Oversee compliance programs, support internal audits, and ensure all contracts and policies align with established group-wide standards.
Develop and enforce group-wide policies, conducting regular reviews to maintain consistency across all business units.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of relevant legal experience. This includes a strong background in corporate legal advisory, effective risk mitigation strategies, and comprehensive litigation management. The role requires a legal professional capable of operating within a complex and dynamic business environment, demonstrating a clear understanding of local and international legal frameworks.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Legal Counsel will operate as an integral part of the Group Legal team.
