Role Context and Focus

The Lifestyle Bartender is expected to possess foundational bartending skills while actively seeking out new trends, micro-local offerings, and adapting to guests' evolving needs. This position requires an individual who is not only proficient in beverage preparation but also serves as a host, engaging with guests and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the venue.

Core Responsibilities

• Take ownership of guest service, extending beyond the immediate bar area to ensure comprehensive satisfaction.
• Utilize knowledge and expertise to maintain the bar's flawless appearance and operational efficiency.
• Build and foster relationships with colleagues across the hotel and within the local community to proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the guest service experience, coupled with a keen attention to detail in all aspects, including financial transactions, information provided to guests, and the quality of beverages served.

Workplace Standards and Physical Demands

• Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and established procedures.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure professional uniform presentation and personal appearance at all times.
• Perform duties that require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Engage in hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Execute movements such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required by the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required.
