Role Overview: Management Consulting (Experienced Hires)

This posting seeks experienced management consultants for project-based engagements within SICollective's consulting practice. The firm maintains a small team by design, integrating consultants into projects as required by the pipeline. Engagements typically last 1-3 months, with potential for extensions to other projects for suitable profiles. This contract-based role offers project-based rates and is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities for Consultants

• Conducting research and analyses to support project objectives.
• Developing and preparing client materials.

Responsibilities for Manager/Principal Roles

• Guiding project teams and overseeing respective workstreams.
• Managing a significant portion of the client relationship.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to project teams.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, partnership development, commercial optimization, or program design is preferred.

Work Environment and Engagement Details
