Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Manager - Asset Infrastructure Design to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to leading the design, governance, and strategic planning of Qiddiya's IT infrastructure assets. Role Purpose and Strategic Alignment

The Manager - Asset Infrastructure Design plays a critical role in ensuring that all infrastructure designs align with Qiddiya's overarching technology strategy, enterprise standards, and specific project requirements. This involves close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to deliver robust and effective infrastructure solutions that meet the company's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and governance of IT infrastructure and technology assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Manage vendor delivery, resolve complex technical and design challenges, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Oversee the quality and performance of infrastructure assets.
• Drive technology strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure domain.
• Act as a key stakeholder for cross-functional initiatives, project governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the infrastructure design team, ensuring successful project outcomes and professional development.
