About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Saudi is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage, Implementation (Transformation) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on leading complex implementation and transformation projects.

Role Overview

The Manager – BCG Vantage, Implementation (Transformation) will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of long-tail projects. This involves driving transformation initiatives and ensuring successful implementation for clients. The role requires a strategic approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of change management principles.
