About the Role: Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, Implementation (Transformation)

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Analyst for its BCG Vantage team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on implementation and transformation initiatives, partnering with clients to translate strategic concepts into measurable business outcomes. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves working on long-term projects where execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving lasting business impact are paramount.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs. Your primary focus will be on program execution and value realization, translating strategy into actionable steps, aligning stakeholders, and overcoming implementation challenges to ensure measurable business impact. This role demands the application of analytical structured thinking and problem-solving skills, grounded in business transformation principles.

You will support the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles, and performance management. Managing disciplined execution of program components, such as initiative prioritization, business case development, and value realization tracking, will be a key aspect of your work. Analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, with a focus on business and financial impact, is also expected. You will communicate credibly and confidently with case teams and client members, ensuring high-quality, practical, and effective execution of project components.

Furthermore, you will drive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts, embedding new ways of working, and enabling capability uplift through upskilling. The application of Generative AI tools and techniques, such as LLM workflows and agentic systems, to accelerate transformation and change management outcomes is a critical component of this role. Travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements and develop solutions.

Contribution to Knowledge and Team Development

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, Senior Analysts contribute to codifying know-how and assets emerging from case and proposal work. You will also assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise, fostering a collaborative learning environment within the team.

Required Skills and Capabilities

Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in solving client problems through long-tail implementation programs and translating business strategies into practical actions. A strong understanding of business and financial acumen is necessary to assess trade-offs and support value creation, with a consistent focus on execution discipline and outcomes.
