About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Housing Services to oversee and manage all aspects of housing services for employees and their families. Role Purpose

The Manager - Housing Services plays a central role in developing and implementing comprehensive housing solutions. This involves ensuring efficient allocation, maintenance, and management of housing units, directly impacting the well-being of employees and supporting the company's strategic goals for talent attraction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housing service policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the allocation of housing units, ensuring fair and efficient distribution according to company guidelines.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general management of housing units to provide a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of housing properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for housing-related inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute housing services that support talent attraction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, maintenance requests, and resident feedback.
• Prepare and manage the budget for housing services, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to financial targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of housing service staff, fostering professional development and a positive work environment.
• Generate reports on housing utilization, satisfaction levels, and recommendations for service improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in housing services management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement service policies and procedures.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
