Role Overview

The Manager, Leasing Planning and Performance will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's overall leasing performance. This involves applying a data-driven and analytical approach to provide critical insights through robust financial analysis, comprehensive reporting, and strategic planning initiatives. The role requires a professional capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate and improve leasing performance metrics.
• Develop and present detailed reports on leasing activities, market trends, and financial outcomes to key stakeholders.
