The Role of Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes within Industry360˚’s client factories. The primary objective is to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency through strategic improvements and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate production workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Industrial Intelligence Platform into existing factory operations.
Support the deployment of MES, IIoT, and related technologies on the shop floor.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for processes and systems.
Provide guidance and training to operators and maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor performance metrics to track improvements and identify further optimization opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer objectives.
