About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Medical Advisor - Oncology. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Medical Advisor will play a key role in scientific engagement and medical support within the oncology therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise in oncology.
• Facilitate scientific engagement, exchange, and provide medical information.
• Deliver clinical presentations and respond to medical requests from healthcare professionals.
• Provide medical support for patients and formulary access products, adhering to global and local policies.
• Support the development, implementation, and completion of medical activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant organizations.
• Offer scientific and medical support to Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory departments to achieve company objectives.
• Serve as a medical expert for internal medical and sales training programs.
• Support clinical research, Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS), and observational studies in accordance with guidelines and company SOPs.
• Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences, and assist in developing summaries of key data, presentations, or symposiums.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical degree (MD), PharmD, or a relevant life-science qualification is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Oncology Medical Affairs is essential.
• Due to Saudization requirements, only Saudi nationals will be considered for this position.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic areas and the Saudi healthcare landscape.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with external experts and internal stakeholders.
