About the Engineering Manager Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Musanadah in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading engineering and maintenance operations across assigned facilities and contracts, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of building systems.

Role Scope and Objectives

The Engineering Manager is responsible for driving compliance, effective asset management, and the continuous development of the engineering team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and adherence to industry standards and client requirements within the facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety, and building services systems.
• Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance programs in line with SFG20 standards and client contractual requirements.
• Monitor engineering performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering supervisors, engineers, and technical staff.
• Maintain the integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) asset register and ensure complete maintenance and compliance records.
• Develop and control engineering budgets, resource plans, and operational expenditure.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering operations, or building services, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.
• Extensive experience delivering engineering services within the GCC market and its regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills.
