About the Role

Hilton is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose

The Operation Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of hotel functions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with all brand and company operational standards.
• Monitor guest service trends, assess overall satisfaction, and develop strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive long-term service quality improvements.
• Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve processes and team performance.
• Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting clear goals, facilitating service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through effective performance management, professional development initiatives, and recognition programs.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations management.
