About Nestlé and the Role

Nestlé is seeking a dedicated Operator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves critical production activities within a manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient operation of production lines.

Role Overview

The Operator is responsible for performing machine tending operations and operating a variety of machines within a dynamic production setting. This role is central to maintaining smooth production flows, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and contributing to overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against the production order to prevent breakdowns or delays.
Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines operate optimally during production cycles.
Learn and strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assigned production line.
Monitor line equipment and parameters, submitting fault reports promptly in case of any abnormality.
Participate in or lead shiftly operational reviews to discuss operational achievements and address issues.
Verify the production date and batch number printed on bottles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment to confirm satisfactory treatment results.
Maintain accurate logs and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in machine operation or a similar production environment. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and adherence to operational guidelines are essential for success in this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic production environment. The role requires active participation in daily operations and collaboration with a shift team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
