About the Opportunity

Aventus is seeking three experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement. This full-time, on-site contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a duration of three months. The position is suitable for professionals with 5-10 years of experience ready to apply their expertise in Oracle HR systems.

Role Overview

As an Oracle Techno-Functional SME, you will serve as a critical link between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. This role involves providing comprehensive subject matter expertise across system configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support within the Oracle HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
• Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) tasks, including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve system issues and optimize processes.
• Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5-10 years) as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring full-time commitment for the entire three-month contract duration. Candidates must have immediate or short-notice availability and already hold an IQAMA.
