About TacoStars (Foodics) and the Role

TacoStars, operating as Foodics, is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider. Founded in 2014 with headquarters in Riyadh, Foodics has offices across five countries and serves customers and partners in over 35 different countries worldwide. We are seeking a Pay Expansion Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving the adoption of Foodics products and services within our existing customer base.

Role Overview

The Pay Expansion Manager will lead a tele-sales team to execute strategic outbound initiatives aimed at generating incremental revenue from current clients. This involves identifying opportunities to expand the penetration of Foodics products, such as Foodics Pay and Foodics Online, among the existing customer base. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an outbound tele-sales team to identify opportunities for expanding Foodics product penetration among existing customers.
• Establish processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize team member performance, including call volume and conversion rates.
• Lead expansion efforts for newly launched Foodics products targeting existing customers.
• Collaborate with higher management to establish and execute countrywide sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of expansion sales.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales.
• Assist sales personnel in refining their techniques.
• Develop specific strategies to ensure both long-term and short-term growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales or expansion management role.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
