About the Role

Alshablan Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to our young patients. The role involves managing the health and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents within a professional medical environment.

Role Overview

The Pediatrician will be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of primary care. This includes conducting routine check-ups, performing growth and development assessments, and effectively managing both acute and chronic illnesses. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure high standards of patient care and support for families.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical examinations for infants, children, and adolescents.
Order and accurately interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care.
Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications based on medical assessments.
Deliver preventive care services, including vaccinations and health education to patients and their families.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Communicate treatment plans clearly and effectively to patients and their guardians.
Participate actively in multidisciplinary case discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with established protocols.
Adhere strictly to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements governing pediatric practice.
Engage with families to provide clear guidance and support, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to pediatric health. The role requires:

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Pediatrician.
Relevant medical qualifications and licensure to practice in Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located at Alshablan Medical Group facilities in Riyadh. The Pediatrician will work within a supportive team environment, contributing to a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
