About the Role

SoftwareOne is seeking a full-time People & Culture (HR) Operations Specialist MEA to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to supporting HR operations across the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The specialist will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and contribute to delivering a seamless and positive employee experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and contract administration.
• Maintain HR records and systems, monitor key employee milestones, and support payroll and monthly HR operations.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact, providing guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Saudi Arabia HR Operations and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and Saudization requirements.
• Manage employee-related processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other government platforms, including work permits and Iqama administration.

UAE and Regional HR Support

• Support employee lifecycle activities across the UAE, including onboarding, visas, benefits, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with external partners and provide HR operational support across the wider MEA region.

HR Systems, Data, and Reporting

• Maintain accurate HR data and conduct regular data quality reviews.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational trackers to support business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess strong expertise in Saudi labor law and hands-on experience with relevant government HR platforms.
