About the Role

Base Career is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and improving advertising spend efficiency within an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across various digital channels.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Discovery.
Oversee customer acquisition, retargeting, app install, and engagement campaigns.
Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, campaign structures, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Conduct A/B tests for advertisements, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
Analyze key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, customer value, customer mix, and app install costs.
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management.
Ensure accurate tracking and conversion measurement across all advertising platforms.
Collaborate with technology, data, creative, brand, CRM, finance, buyer, and customer service teams.
Improve the performance of landing pages, purchase paths, and cart abandonment processes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce context.

This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts. A key focus will be on continuous optimization across all digital channels to enhance efficiency and drive measurable results.
