Overview of the Pharmacist Role

The Pharmacist at WHITES is primarily responsible for the accurate dispensing and control of both prescription and non-prescription medications. This role involves direct interaction with customers, offering professional advice on general healthcare, and ensuring all pharmaceutical operations are conducted with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on health issues, symptoms, and medications in response to customer inquiries.
• Process prescriptions and accurately dispense medications to patients.
• Manage the ordering and sale of medicines and other retail stock.
• Maintain full control over the delivery, stocking, and labeling of medicines and products.
• Monitor product conditions to prevent expiration or deterioration, ensuring quality and safety.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information and advice.

Professional Conduct and Compliance

Pharmacists at WHITES are expected to operate in strict adherence to the highest legal and ethical guidelines governing pharmaceutical practice. This includes full compliance with all Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) laws, rules, regulations, and established procedures to ensure patient safety and operational integrity.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a relevant setting.
