About the Role

SRACO Company is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing a portfolio of maintenance and operations projects, specifically within healthcare facilities. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for ensuring project success, compliance, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple maintenance and operations projects within healthcare facilities.
Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee contract execution and service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards.
Lead project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare executive reports and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of overall experience in maintenance and operations projects.
Minimum of 10 years in project/program management.
Minimum of 5 years managing a portfolio of healthcare maintenance and operations projects.
Proven experience in hospital and healthcare facility operations and maintenance.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CFM, or FMP are preferred.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
