The Role of Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer

OmniOps is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and AI infrastructure. The position combines hands-on AI solution development, technical pre-sales activities, and direct customer engagement to support enterprise AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and propose suitable AI solutions.
• Design high-level architectures for Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Develop and demonstrate AI prototypes, demos, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) tailored for customer use cases.
• Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
• Support discussions related to AI infrastructure, including GPU accelerators, deployment architecture, and high-level capacity sizing.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Candidate Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn emerging AI technologies.
