About Vrinda Global and the Role

Vrinda Global is seeking a Principal Data AI Engineering Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Data & AI platforms across our group, ensuring robust and compliant solutions.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Principal Data AI Engineering Architect will define end-to-end AI architecture, encompassing data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse solutions, and MLOps frameworks. This role involves developing advanced AI components such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI, with a focus on cloud-native AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and oversee the delivery of enterprise-scale Data & AI platforms.
• Define comprehensive AI architecture, including data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse, MLOps, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Establish and maintain technical standards for AI engineering and platform development.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices for AI solution implementation.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
• Ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Maintain compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including PDPL and GDPR.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience leading AI/ML architecture and enterprise AI platforms.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI solutions within large, complex organizations.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in MLOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with vector databases and modern data platform architectures.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Principal Data AI Engineering Architect will operate within a dynamic environment, contributing to the development of advanced AI solutions for a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization.
