About the Procurement Manager Role

Imploy Egypt is seeking a highly capable Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and optimizing the company's purchasing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all activities.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The Procurement Manager will oversee all purchasing activities, with a core objective of ensuring the timely availability of essential materials, products, and services. This role is responsible for securing items at the best possible quality and cost, while consistently maintaining strict adherence to company policies and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities in alignment with business requirements and operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers based on critical criteria such as quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Prepare and issue purchase requests and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure that all orders are received on time and according to specifications.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain and regularly update supplier, pricing, and product databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Review and match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and delivery records for verification.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Prepare regular procurement reports detailing purchasing activities, associated costs, and supplier performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and approved budgetary allocations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in procurement management or a closely related field.
