Al Omar Holding, a leading Saudi Arabian investment group specializing in real estate development and construction, is seeking a Group Procurement Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is integral to driving procurement excellence across the company's diverse business units.

The Group Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategies that support long-term value creation and align with the Kingdom’s economic vision. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support company goals.
• Lead and manage the procurement team across various business units, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and value creation.
• Manage supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and ensure quality and reliability of supply.

Essential Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams.
• Procurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor services.
• Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvement.
• Experience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systems.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams.
• Demonstrated ability to present procurement strategies to senior leadership.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience managing logistics contracts within procurement.
• Experience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiatives.
• Experience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providers.
• Experience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders.
