Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist I to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves purchasing supplies and services from vendors in accordance with company standards and specifications, focusing on cost efficiency. The role requires a fundamental understanding of professional procurement concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase supplies and services from vendors at the lowest possible cost, adhering to company standards and specifications, under close or direct supervision.
• Assist in the preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Analyze received quotes and participate in vendor selection processes.
• Schedule and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Follow up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of professional procurement concepts.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position based in Riyadh, operating within a global team environment focused on delivering impactful infrastructure projects.
