About the Role

Globant is seeking an experienced Product Team Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking end-to-end ownership of digital products, from initial vision and strategy definition through discovery, roadmap development, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and development through delivery and ongoing optimisation.
Translate customer and business requirements into clear, actionable product priorities.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture, and data teams to ensure cohesive product development.
Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners across various initiatives.
Utilise customer insights, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform and guide product decisions.
Manage complex senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around a unified product vision.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in product leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record in managing digital products.
