The Role of Production Management Supervisor

ALINCO is seeking a Production Management Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to plans, and maintaining product quality. The supervisor will be responsible for optimizing productivity, managing manpower, and coordinating departmental efforts to meet production targets and delivery commitments, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and ensure strict adherence to production plans and schedules.
Monitor productivity and overall production performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
Ensure consistent compliance with product quality standards and safety regulations.
Manage manpower allocation effectively to optimize production efficiency.
Coordinate with related departments to achieve established production targets and delivery commitments.
Prepare and follow up on detailed production plans and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in production supervision or a related operational role.
