About the Role of Production Supervisor

MBC Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee scripted productions across their entire lifecycle. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves managing projects from development and pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery. The Production Supervisor ensures that all production objectives are met efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production companies, creative teams, and operational departments to achieve production objectives.
Review scripts and production plans to identify requirements, operational considerations, and potential risks.
Oversee production processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and technical requirements.
Track production performance, provide regular status updates and reports, and escalate issues as needed.
Support casting activities, talent engagement, contract coordination, and production logistics.
Manage relationships with production partners and external stakeholders for effective collaboration.
Review production outputs, including dailies, rough cuts, and offline edits, to maintain quality standards.
Identify potential production risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on delivery schedules and budgets.
Resolve production, operational, and logistical issues efficiently while maintaining project continuity.
Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, legal, and business requirements before final handover.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of proven experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from development through delivery.
Strong understanding of the complete production lifecycle, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, and content delivery.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and production planning.
Strong knowledge of production operations, workflows, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
Experience managing talent, agents, cast contracts, and production companies is preferred.
Proficiency in production management systems, budgeting tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.
