Abunayyan Holding is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring high standards of production within a dynamic environment.

The Role of Production Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing, with a focus on driving quality and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve established production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead production teams, ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other relevant departments to optimize overall production performance.
• Support new product introductions, including testing, commissioning, and implementing continuous process improvements.
• Monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor production technicians to foster skill enhancement and improve team performance.

Required Experience and Background

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a production supervision role. A strong background in one of the following sectors is essential: water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a direct presence within the manufacturing facility to oversee daily operations.
