Program Director

About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Program Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the delivery of complex luxury hospitality and high-end mixed-use developments. The Program Director will serve as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, design integrity, cost, schedule, sustainability, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of ultra-luxury hospitality design projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate between designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and hotel operators.
• Oversee design development, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Protect the project’s design vision, brand standards, guest experience, and quality objectives.
• Review project progress, costs, schedules, risks, changes, and claims.
• Lead design reviews, technical coordination, value engineering, and material approvals.
• Monitor consultant and contractor performance and resolve project issues.
• Manage project reporting, governance, and executive-level meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Parsons’ quality, safety, ethics, and project management standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project delivery team.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects to high standards of quality and design integrity.
• Experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The role involves working with a diverse team and engaging with various external stakeholders, including clients, design consultants, operators, and contractors.
