About Star and the Programs Specialist Role

Star is a human capability development company headquartered in Riyadh. We design and deliver large-scale training programs, education strategies, government projects, and strategic events for governments, corporations, and institutions across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Programs Specialist to join our B2C Programs unit in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to the commercial and operational activities of the unit, focusing on professional certification programs and a premium facility activation program.

Role Purpose and Context

The Programs Specialist position is primarily sales-focused, responsible for converting inquiries into sales and proactively engaging target audiences to maintain active pipelines for both certification and facility programs. Beyond sales, the role involves managing the operational aspects that ensure smooth unit functioning, including inventory control, inbound inquiry management, and daily partner relationships. The Programs Specialist will report directly to the unit's Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell certification programs, codes, and seats to individuals and groups across both program tracks.
• Manage all inbound inquiries from AHLEI SA and HRCI SA websites and convert them into sales.
• Proactively reach out to target audiences specific to each program type and certification.
• Manage the inventory of certification codes and licenses from AHLEI and HRCI.
• Maintain day-to-day operational relationships with AHLEI and HRCI.
• Actively cross-sell between the certification and facility program tracks.
• Support the Project Manager with pipeline reporting and calendar execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a role combining sales and operational management. The position requires strong commercial acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with partners and clients. Experience in program coordination or B2C sales within a service-oriented environment is beneficial.
