About the Role

Egis is seeking an experienced and organized Project Coordinator - Infrastructure to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This permanent, full-time position involves playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects by maintaining meticulous oversight of project status, deliverables, and schedules. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep workflows on track and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all infrastructure project statuses, deliverables, and delivery schedules with precision.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and timely project progression.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proposing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Manage project resources and allocate budgets efficiently while maintaining cost control.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and senior management through regular updates and meetings.
• Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain organized records of all project-related correspondence, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in the induction and support of new team members involved in infrastructure projects.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within infrastructure or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (such as MS Project, Asana, *******, or similar platforms).
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent organizational and time-keeping abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to risk management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate project documentation.

Desirable Attributes

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience with infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Familiarity with budget tracking and financial management within project environments.
• Experience working in the Middle Eastern market or with international project teams.
