Project Manager CCTV Surveillance & Access Control

About the Role

HRsource is seeking an experienced Project Manager, CCTV Surveillance & Access Control, to lead the delivery of complex security technology solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing projects for a leading solutions integration business.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation through go-live and closure. This includes coordinating deployments of IP camera and VMS systems, access control platforms such as card readers, biometrics, turnstiles, and electronic locks, as well as integrations with building management, ERP, and alarm/intrusion systems. The role focuses on delivering security-sensitive hardware and software solutions within demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of CCTV and Access Control integration projects.
• Manage vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contracts, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Own the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log, risk mitigation strategies, and structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Coordinate site surveys, cabling schedules, and field deployment activities.
• Maintain governance documentation in alignment with PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid project management standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within CCTV Surveillance and Access Control systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of complex security technology solutions.
• Proven ability to coordinate IP camera and VMS deployments, as well as various access control platforms.
• Experience with integrations involving building management, ERP, and alarm/intrusion systems.
