Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager Fit Out to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality developments from concept to completion, working closely with design, construction, suppliers, and operational stakeholders across various project types.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will take ownership of the full project cycle for turnkey fit-out projects in the Retail, Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality sectors. This position involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams and serving as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage turnkey fit-out projects from feasibility and design through to handover across retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
• Lead project planning, programming, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Oversee project procurement, contracts, risk management, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Manage client expectations and provide clear, regular project reporting.
• Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design and operational intent.
• Drive problem-solving in fast-paced and live project environments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out of Retail, Commercial, Residential, and/or Hospitality sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Commercially astute with strong cost and program control experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
