About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Manager IV to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects, with a focus on delivering assigned revenues through flawless project execution and ensuring planned profit margins are consistently met.

Role Overview

The Project Manager IV is responsible for overseeing complex client engagements and projects, ensuring successful completion without write-downs or multiplier erosion. This role typically involves managing projects with significant Risk Triggering Factors (RTF), requiring strong leadership and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Deliver assigned revenues from specific clients, fostering repeat business through high-quality project execution.
• Consistently achieve planned profit margins and complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF).
• Oversee more complex clients and projects, providing strategic direction.
• Exercise decision-making authority and guide other Project Managers in identifying and mitigating risks and uncertainties.
• Direct staff to operate efficiently and minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervise and direct Project Managers handling multiple projects or a program of projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting revenue and profit targets.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on project delivery and client satisfaction.
