Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager Rolling Stock to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional who can manage complex projects from inception to close-out. The role involves overseeing significant projects that may include clients with a national geographic footprint, a full spectrum of services, or other complexities such as litigation or environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more highly complex projects, which may involve:

  • Clients with a national geographic footprint.
  • Projects requiring a full spectrum of services offered by IE.
  • Projects involving litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence.
• Oversee all phases of projects, from initiation to close-out.
• Hold consenting and regulatory authority for project approvals.
• Provide management and oversight to other Project Managers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Experience with regulatory processes and approvals.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage other project managers.
