About the Role

Sisco, a recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager (Sports Facilities) for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role requires a project professional with experience in delivering stadium projects and strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) exposure. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale stadium and sports-facility projects, from planning through completion and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality objectives, milestones, and key deliverables within a PMC environment.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers, specialist vendors, authorities, and client representatives across all project phases.
• Monitor construction progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, interface, and delivery risks that require corrective action.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication between client leadership, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review project plans, progress reports, construction programs, technical submissions, change requirements, and project controls information.
• Ensure sports-facility works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Drive the resolution of project issues and interfaces to achieve timely completion, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in delivering stadium projects.
• Strong exposure to Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environments.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a project management consultancy framework, overseeing the delivery of sports facility projects.
