Project Manager

About the Role

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role serves as a central point for tracking, managing, and accelerating opportunities across Agility's global portfolio within KSA operations. The Project Manager will bridge high-level government engagements with operational execution, maintaining a single source of truth for the project pipeline.

Role Context and Impact

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring that leadership receives data-driven insights necessary for critical decision-making. This position is integral to the strategic oversight and operational success of projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, monitoring status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
• Track engagements with key KSA entities, documenting next actions and ensuring all follow-ups are completed.
• Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met, acting as the primary enforcer of project timelines.
• Proactively identify and flag potential delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact project delivery.
• Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role requires active engagement with various stakeholders and operating companies within the Saudi ecosystem.
