About Lucidya and the Project Manager Role

Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence, designed to autonomously manage entire customer lifecycles from initial engagement through retention and growth. The platform utilizes proprietary NLU capabilities, developed in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations, to empower marketing, support, CX, and research teams to deliver personalized experiences. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Project Manager serves as the operational backbone for complex enterprise client projects, ensuring delivery aligns with commitments, stakeholders remain aligned, and risks are identified proactively. This role is central to project execution, requiring collaboration across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal departments. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a holistic view of projects and ensuring all business units work cohesively towards common objectives. The successful candidate will be outcome-oriented, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and without unexpected issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-RFP stages through to go-live, including validating scope, timelines, resource availability, and budget assumptions.
• Establish and enforce handover frameworks from RFP to delivery, ensuring clear ownership and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project proposals undergo cross-functional validation (Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance) prior to submission.
• Review vendor and subcontractor arrangements for procurement compliance and operational readiness.
• Design and maintain project governance frameworks that define accountability, escalation paths, and decision-making checkpoints.
• Manage a live project and risk register, covering progress, dependencies, financial exposure, and compliance risks.
• Maintain executive dashboards and PMO reports to provide leadership with accurate project visibility.
• Enforce stage gates and approval processes before any contractual, financial, or delivery commitments are made.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to extract actionable lessons learned.
• Serve as the central coordination point across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams.
• Lead project initiation, steering, and review meetings, ensuring they result in clear decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders through dashboards, executive summaries, and progress reports.
• Facilitate procurement and vendor coordination, ensuring external partners meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor and third-party onboarding governance, ensuring tools, processors, and contractors meet data protection and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a Third-Party Risk Register, tracking compliance obligations, privacy safeguards, and mitigation activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy on risk assessments, incident responses, and breach reporting related to external partners.
• Extend the Project Management framework to internal strategic initiatives, such as process transformation, system rollouts, and product programs.
• Track progress against annual strategic objectives and KPIs, providing clear reports to leadership.
• Develop and maintain standardized PM tools, templates, and procedures for broader team use.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects and applying effective governance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality or progress.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills, with a willingness to flag issues early and escalate when necessary.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with cost modeling, budget tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve results without direct authority.
• Clear, structured, and audience-calibrated communication skills.
• Hold a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, with a pragmatic approach to methodology application.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment where processes and structures may require iterative development and refinement.
